Spinosaurus was the biggest of all the carnivorous dinosaurs, larger than Tyrannosaurus and Gigantosaurus. It lived during part of the Cretaceous period, roaming the swamps of North Africa. Spinosaurus means “spine lizard”, an appropriate descriptor, as the dinosaur had very long spines growing on its back to form what is referred to as a “sail”. The distinctive spines, which grew out of the animal’s back vertebrae, were up to 7 feet long and were likely connected to one another by skin.

Size: 3 inches long

The stand will be provided as well.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0691/6266/4089/files/E4B8908C-245D-4BB4-9394-5247A46D4EB0.jpg?v=1787614612
